AgentKits provides open-source AI agent kits for Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI assistants. Our products include specialized agents, commands, skills, and workflows for various industries including marketing, engineering, sales, legal, finance, and more.

All AgentKits software is provided free of charge under the MIT License. We accept voluntary donations to support ongoing development.

AgentKits is distributed under the MIT License. This means you are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the following conditions:

Donations and Payments

AgentKits accepts voluntary donations to support the development and maintenance of our open-source projects. All donations are processed securely through our payment partners.

Currency

All donation amounts are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees for non-USD transactions.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods supported by our payment processors including Stripe, Ko-fi, and Buy Me a Coffee.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy

Since AgentKits software is free and open-source, and donations are voluntary contributions to support development, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same donation, we will refund the duplicate charges.
• Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
• Processing errors: If there was a technical error in processing your payment, we will resolve it promptly.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@agentkits.net within 14 days of the transaction with your payment receipt and reason for the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

If you have set up recurring donations through any of our payment platforms:

• You may cancel your recurring donation at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further charges will be made.
• Previously processed donations are not refunded upon cancellation.
• To cancel, please visit your account on the respective payment platform (Stripe, Ko-fi, or Buy Me a Coffee) or contact us for assistance.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
